Entity: Vidder.ai is operated by Peoplesound LLC, a California limited liability company, doing business as (d/b/a) 'Vidder' ("Vidder," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using Vidder.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You retain ownership of all videos, uploads, and outputs you generate through the Service.
You grant Vidder a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and store your content as needed to provide the Service.
We may use anonymized analysis data (non-PII scores derived from video content and generated outputs) to improve our AI models. This data contains no personal identifiers.
By default, you grant us a limited license to use your uploads or outputs in marketing, demos, or case studies. You may opt-out at any time in account settings, after which we will not use your content publicly.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and use content on the Service and that such use will not infringe any third-party rights.
The Service, including software, algorithms, analysis methodologies, and databases of scoring outputs, are and remain the exclusive property of Vidder.
You own the outputs generated, subject to the license above.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.
You may connect your accounts (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.) to import campaign performance data.
This performance data remains your property. You grant Vidder a license to access, process, and store this data solely for providing insights and recommendations.
Use of integrations is subject to the respective API terms of each platform. By connecting, you authorize Vidder to act as your data processor for this purpose.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@vidder.ai. We will process notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vidder, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content or use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
